20 Korean Athletics Coaches Complete World Federation Certified Coach Certification Face-to-Face Course

20 Korean track and field coaches have completed the Level 1 face-to-face course for certification as an authorized coach by the World Association of Athletics Federations.

The Korea Association of Athletics Federations announced on the 8th, "On the 5th and 6th, we held a face-to-face course for the World Athletics Federation Certified Coach Certification Level 1 at the Yecheon Athletics Education and Training Center, and 20 domestic coaches graduated." The

announcement continued, "This course, which was held as a two-day training camp, selected 20 domestic coaches among those who completed the Level 1 online course and conducted 'training plan writing' and 'practical 커뮤니티 coaching ability practice' for each track and field event."

In May, the Korea Association of Athletics Federations introduced an online course that allows coaches to easily learn by translating the World Association of Athletics Federations Certified Coach Certification Level 1 online training, which was previously provided in English, into Korean.

As a follow-up, we introduced face-to-face courses to strengthen the capabilities of track and field coaches.

Participants who complete the face-to-face course and pass the evaluation criteria will receive the World Athletics Federation Certified Coach Level 1 qualification.

Participants said, "The hands-on training to directly guide various track and field events was of real help in guiding athletes in the field," and added, "I hope that many track and field coaches who have needed this type of education will participate in this training course."
